SMS & Messaging Policy

This SMS & Messaging Policy explains how Wonder 4 Marketing Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) communicates with you via SMS text messages, phone calls, and WhatsApp in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, The Campaign Registry (TCR) A2P 10DLC requirements, and applicable state laws.

1. Two Separate Consents — Required and Optional

In compliance with TCR / CTIA A2P 10DLC guidelines, we collect consent for transactional messages and marketing messages separately. You may consent to one, both, or neither.

1.1 Transactional / Service Consent (Required to receive service messages)

By checking the “Required — Service messages” box on our website forms and providing your phone number, you provide your prior express written consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Wonder 4 Marketing Inc. at the phone number you provided, including:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders for strategy calls you have booked
  • Lead notifications related to campaigns we manage for you
  • Invoice and payment reminders for services you have purchased
  • Service updates and direct responses to inquiries you submit

This consent is required only if you want us to reach you by SMS about the inquiry or service you requested. You may still contact us by email or phone instead.

1.2 Marketing Consent (Optional and separate)

By also checking the “Optional — Marketing messages” box on our website forms, you separately provide your prior express written consent to receive promotional and marketing SMS messages from Wonder 4 Marketing Inc., including:

  • Promotional offers and limited-time discounts
  • Service announcements, new offerings, and seasonal promotions
  • Educational content, newsletters, and growth tips

Marketing consent is entirely optional and is collected in a separate checkbox from transactional consent. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and is not required to receive transactional / service messages. You may opt in to transactional messages without opting in to marketing, and vice versa. You may withdraw either consent at any time (see Section 4).

2. Message Frequency

  • Service messages: Sent as needed based on your interactions (appointment confirmations, follow-ups)
  • Marketing messages: Up to 4 messages per month
  • Message frequency may vary based on your activity and communications with us

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent to or received from us. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

4. How to Opt Out

4.1 SMS Messages

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

4.2 Phone Calls

You may opt out of phone calls by:

  • Informing us during any call
  • Emailing us at info@wonder4marketing.com
  • Adding your number to the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov

4.3 WhatsApp

You may opt out of WhatsApp messages by:

  • Sending “STOP” via WhatsApp
  • Blocking our WhatsApp number
  • Contacting us via email

6. TCPA Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and all FCC regulations. Specifically:

  • We obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing messages or making autodialed/prerecorded calls
  • We honor all opt-out requests promptly (within 24 hours)
  • We do not send messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone
  • We maintain records of consent for all recipients
  • We do not send messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without prior express consent

Our SMS and voice services are powered by Twilio Inc. We comply with:

  • A2P 10DLC Requirements: Our business is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for Application-to-Person messaging compliance
  • Twilio Acceptable Use Policy: We adhere to Twilio's messaging guidelines and content policies
  • CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook: We follow wireless industry messaging standards
  • Carrier Filtering: We use approved messaging practices to ensure deliverability

8. Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, and their MVNOs. Carrier support may vary for certain message types.

10. Data Handling

Phone numbers and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are stored securely and used only for the purposes described in this policy.

11. State-Specific Provisions

Florida

In compliance with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (F.S. § 501.059), we do not make unsolicited telephone sales calls without prior consent and honor all do-not-call requests.

California

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. See our Privacy Policy for details.
